1. Promotion Description

The Survey Winner Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on November 14, 2025 at 10:30AM PT and ends on December 14, 2025 at 12:00PM PT (the “Promotion Period”).

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Burbank Media Village (“Sponsor”). By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Contact: escalations@burcal.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years or older. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. Prizes

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card.

Only one prize per person/household. No substitutions or cash redemption. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

4. How to Enter

Visit talariasurvey.com during the Promotion Period to complete the entry form. Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will take place on or about December 18, 2025.

6. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified by email within 2–5 days of the drawing. They must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture. Additional documents (eligibility affidavit, release forms) may be required.

7. Privacy

By entering, you agree to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and consent to your information being used for sweepstakes administration and publication of winner names.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized access, lost entries, or any injury/damage resulting from participation. If the Sweepstakes is corrupted or interfered with, Sponsor may cancel or modify it at its discretion.
